Waters Edge Delray Beach

I moved in a little over three weeks ago, and I can confidently say the community and staff have exceeded my expectations. The property is clean and well-kept—you see residents out walking, using the amenities like the dog park, and there’s virtually no litter around. The gates actually work (a rarity compared to my previous gated communities), which immediately made a great impression. The staff has been equally outstanding. From my first conversation with Cristina and Michael in leasing to every interaction since, they’ve been consistently helpful, professional, and welcoming. Maintenance has also been exceptional—Pablo and his team are always visible around the community, and they respond quickly.
