Sarah in the front office is absolutely amazing. Is very responsive and always calls back if I leave a message. Night and day from the service I was getting over at grandview on lake Murray (rudest and worst front office over there at grandview. For those looking at places in this area come here and stay away from there) Sarah checks in to make sure things are fixed properly. She has been on top of everything since moving in. She’s even been helping me deal with grandview losing my security deposit and not giving me any answers. She was also very helpful with the move in process as well. Both her and Arianna get 5 stars from me! The place is in a nice little area and around a lot. Been very pleased with Sarah and the rest of the team here.

I absolutely love it here! My experience has been top notch so far. Sandy, in the office is terrific.Relocating from NY, I did not have the option to see the apartment or location before I moved in, but Sandy worked with me every step of the way and made my transition super easy. My apartment is very big and clean, with modern appliances, there were a few minor issues but I called Sandy and she sent someone to fix it the very next day. The grounds are clean and neat and my apartment is so quiet, I did not even know that anyone lived above me. Sandy loves her "people" and she spends a lot of time walking the grounds to make sure everyone is following the rules. The only issue I have had is with the pool. It is currently closed but people (who do not live here) keep coming in, especially

Are you kidding me? The new owners, Lincoln properties, hired a hands on leader, Seth, who is teamed perfectly with Yolanda, Assistant Manager and mantainance crew, Todd and Markus. So new manager puts out notice about lighting. My husband had observed some issues and reported in... Please note: YESTERDAY. This is less than 24 hours later. There is a truck in our area replacing lights. Talk about responsive. I am truly impressed. What a great place we have found with great people who treat us like family. Perfect place to live. Affordable. Love the lake and pool. Dog park stays clean. Waters edge also has a Peaceful place to walk.

So far I've been impressed with the staff especially in the front office. It's a little pricey but the location is really nice. If things keep going this way, I'll probably renew my lease. I'm pretty happy here! Edit: I decided not to renew my lease after an extended stay here. The price is way too expensive for the quality of life here. Everyone is nice but you will almost constantly smell weed if that's a problem for you, the paint they used on the new apartments literally runs off the walls with water, the traffic is horrid every single day of the year, and commuting to anywhere outside Irmo is just not worth it. My AC and Heat went out for over a month before it was fixed or even addressed. Stuff was stolen out of my car on two separate occasions, but good news! Now the cops drive thr
