I think its clear. This place sucks. The volumes have spoken. The ones that claim it to be nice are probably fake profiles. Update. The lady Sara saw this post and denied our renewal in 2024. No worries though, me and the wife moved to florida in a much much better location and living environment. Do not rent from here. The bad reviews you see are, in fact, true. They have horrible communication, are very rude, take no blame, and use bullying as a tactic to get you to shut up. Just an absolutely terribly ran property. Embarrassingly awful management. Please whatever you do, find another place to live. When we first moved in our AC unit was leaking water all over the floor and when we told the landlord at the time she looked at us like we were stupid and said “you know it’s hot outside right?” Throughout the years and multiple different property managers it’s been the same. You want something fixed? Good luck. Towed my car because it didn’t move for 10 days even though I pay for a parking spot. And TEN days. Gimme a break. Also maintenance guy took one of our smoke detectors out and when we called and asked why we never got a response nor did we ever get a replacement. We also had food missing out of our apartment. One star seems to be too much of a good rating for the experience that I've had at this property. Management lacks compassion and downright proper customer service ethics. My A/C stopped working 11 days ago and the part did not get ordered until yesterday (10 days later). I had been told they were just waiting for confirmation of availability because it was a "special order". It will be almost 2 weeks more before the part gets delivered. In the meantime they installed a portable A/C the day my A/C stopped working. But the portable unit stopped working 6 days later (last Thursday). No effort has been made by management nor maintenance to come and see what is wrong with the portable A/C unit (it is now Tuesday). Don’t think it’s worth it. I moved in October of 2015 and ever since I moved I've had to call management for chronic problems in my apartment. The dishwasher flooded; because they didn't clean it before i moved in. Toilet over flows all the time because the plumbing is off. The list goes on!! I've called management now since January of 2016 with mice problems! Yeah! Lived there for 3 years with my boyfriend. When we first moved in Rosemary was the property manager and did an amazing job and always answered the phone with any questions we had. The second property manager was not too bad either and helped answer questions we had about adding a pet to our lease. After her, things went downhill. When Pat was the manager, she threatened to make us get rid of our dog due to one incident where our dog had diaharreaand the mess did not get cleaning up fast enough.
