I paid $150 in application and admin fees after being completely honest with the leasing agent, Serena, about my credit and past evictions. I specifically asked upfront so I wouldn’t waste my money. She repeatedly assured me that she could “override the system,” mentioned getting someone with a criminal background approved before with a higher deposit and told me I was “not denied” , just that she needed to speak with her manager. Went to tour these apartments & had a great experience from beginning to end! Serena was so nice! she gave me all the info I needed, she was super helpful & just overall great customer service!!! She made what can be a stressful time looking for a new home—easy, fun & very informative!!! Great office staff & pleased w my time there! Nice place just moved in! Maintenance 🧑‍🔧 are quick to fix any issues which is great, makes you feel like they care. I also like that it’s family friendly. I see a lot of children playing outside so if you have a children like I do it’s also great. Very friendly apartment community so far.
