Waters at Fairfield

I scheduled an appointment online several days in advance and arrived on time for my original viewing. Upon arrival, I was not greeted, and a leasing agent walked past me while on her phone without any acknowledgment. A maintenance team member was kind enough to contact another agent on my behalf. When the agent arrived, she asked when my appointment was scheduled. I explained that it had been booked online. She stated that she had just started and was unable to show the unit, suggesting I return on the next available date. I adjusted my work schedule—twice—to accommodate a new appointment set for the following day around noon, the same time as my original viewing. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the leasing office was locked. I waited approximately 14 minutes, and no one showed up or cont

We have been waiting for the office to open for over an hour, 3 to be exact so my grandfather can get his recertification done. He also has unfinished maintenance work in his apartment since a leak he had during Covid…he does pay his rent on time and faithfully so I don’t understand why they would treat their elderly residents like this. More accommodating and care for them would help. And and return notice on the door won’t hurt either.
