Watermill Park Apartments

I lived here for almost three years. When TLC managed the property, I had no complaints. After management switched, it was a very disappointing experience. I noticed that the landscaping was not as nice as it used to be. It also seemed like the hallways were no longer getting cleaned. The property also started to have a very bad feral cat problem in the surrounding wooded areas near certain buildings. The first personally disappointing thing I experienced after the switch was when management and maintenance arrived for filter changes without any prior notice. It became increasingly harder to get a hold of the office, and when you would reach out on the text line for general assistance, you were often told that they would reach out to the property and get back to you. I've lived here for six months and have no complaints. The apartment is wonderfully spacious, the staff is extremely polite and helpful, and Danielle the manager is simply wonderful. I couldn't recommend Watermill Park any higher. P.S. Extra kudos to Scotty from the maintenance team. Very kind and supportive when I needed assistance with something. So thankful for his help!!

This place is awful. Management is awful. It's a smoking property that allows smoking inside the apartments, but they will threaten you with eviction if other tenants complain about the smoking odor. We have a faulty doorknob that they can't fix properly and that they won't replace. Now we're forced to live in this place where we don't feel safe. The want to threaten us over odors coming from the apartment, but they sure won't fix the front door that has a large gap. Who knows how much extra that costs me in utilities? We had to reclean the place before we moved in. There were cobwebs and a fruit fly infestation.

This is the best apartment I have ever stayed in! It is spacious, nicely insulated and conveniently laid out. The staff are super friendly, as well! We haven’t been here long, but so far the neighborhood has seemed quiet apart from a few shady characters in the evening. We had a small liquor bottle left outside of our patio a couple of nights ago, but we haven’t seen any evidence of crime. Our neighbors are friendly, and there was a large storm and our power stayed on, even though nearby neighborhoods experienced outages. Maintenance is prompt and polite, and the entire property has a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, we are loving our new home!

My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost a year now. We really enjoy it and haven’t had any problems. Maintenance is fast and they have re painted our railing on our balcony! Looks so nice! They also have done free breakfast before at the main office for the people living here. The only thing I wish they had was a little park or something and I wish the pool was a little bigger. But I did like the fact that there were plenty of parking spots close to my apartment. Overall it’s a great place to live.
