They have always responded to maintenance requests quickly and nothing is falsely advertised. However package theft is an issue and my wife had her bicycle's front wheel stolen. A single security camera would go a long way.

The leasing office has been incredibly kind and understanding. Since we're coming from abroad, arranging payment was a bit challenging, but they accommodated our situation without any issues. On our first day, we had a minor inconvenience with a sink backup, but the apartment management team responded quickly and resolved it right away—much appreciated! The only downside is that some units, including ours, are quite far from the mailbox, so carrying packages and mail can be a bit of a hassle. Other than that, Waterloo has been a great place so far! ------------------------------ Absolutely ridiculous. They claim the rent refund was processed weeks ago, but nothing has ever reached my bank—not even a pending deposit. I’ve called multiple times, but they just bounce me around to different

Mice there's a Terrible Mice problem I'm going to reach out too the city and get straight to the problem they had someone lay traps now I'm hearing Mice Mice in the walls and still seeing poop from Mice this is unacceptable and not healthy no rent payment until problem gets fixed when it comes to rent paid on time there's no complaints but when I voiced my concerns about Mice I'm the problem Let's get this problem solved or move me to another apt .

My time here was amazing was super annoyed about them selling the building this was probably one of the most coziest place to live since living on my own I literally have 0 complaints besides making us move

The maintenance men are very timely in responding to work orders. I appreciate them and the work they do every day for us! 4 stars because the apt’s are lovely, and I love living here, there’s just a few tweaks here and there that could be improved. But overall, it’s a great place to live.
