I would like to highlight the excellent work of the maintenance team. They are always responsive, professional, and courteous. It is clear that they are committed to keeping everything in excellent condition and addressing every issue efficiently and promptly. I would especially like to recognize Pedro for his dedication and strong work ethic. He is attentive, respectful, and always willing to help. The quality of his work is outstanding, and he consistently demonstrates great knowledge and experience. Just moved in yesterday from Idaho, after several phone calls and emails with Bachir to get all the boxes checked and details taken care of. His customer service has been second to none since the very first interaction. He and the maintenance crew went above and beyond at every opportunity as I was getting moved in and situated. Well done, Waterline. I am SO happy to be living here! Update: I had some issues with the new apartment that were impacting my sleep. I told the leasing office about it but did not expect anything to be done about it. Boy was I wrong. I spoke with Bachir and Nina from the leasing office and they both went to bat for me. Went to tour Waterline Estero this weekend and was welcomed by Bachir. He went out of his way to show us the property by golf cart and walk us through the gym and pool area. He answered every question kindly and was very patient with all my questions. The location is extremely well maintained, great security, beautiful amenities. The staff was very polite and genuine. Very positive experience. Highly recommend this location. Super pet friendly with designated dog parks inside apartment complex.

Nina and Bachit are honest professionals. They were extremely helpful down to the last details. We viewed 3 units before settling on what fit us best. No pressure, they showed great patience. Quality apartments and people. Two year old apartments look new. Highly recommend.
