I don’t think I’ve ever worked with realtors that worked as hard as Joe and Teri Berardi. They did a great job and were able to sell both of my properties. They personally made sure that the exterior and interior of the properties looked their best. They took great photos and had regular open houses. I would use them again

We had recently worked with a realtor from your group, Tim Johnson to purchase a property in St. Petersburg, Florida. We had discussed the property with him, he took us on a visual tour and we had expressed interest in purchasing. We hadn't heard from him for a few days and reached out to find he had purchased the property for himself!!!!!!!!!! How unprofessional!

We were in other cities while our house was listed and Todd took care of all of the details and consistently kept us apprised of developments and the timeline of events. He was immediately responsive to texts and e-mails. Highly recommend.

Rhonda is extremely responsive and worked hard to help us find a place for our winters in Naples. We struggled to find a realtor who would take time for us and demonstrate that we were a valuable client. We thankfully found Rhonda at an open house and now consider her a trusted resource. We rented a unit for February 2025. Ilona Dillon was great. She was professional and thorough. Iliona really came through when we had a problem. Due to a family emergency we had to cancel our rental. Iiona was very considerate and worked hard to have an equitable solution for all parties.
