My husband and I moved here in June. We were one of the first. We owned a home in Pomona for 34 years. It was time to move on, but we had no idea where to go. When we found the Waterfront at the Harbors we were sold! We have a million dollar view - the WOW factor that we were looking for. The apartments are beautiful inside as well. We are very happy here and would recommend it to anyone who asks.

From the first interaction with Sales to the first time I arrived on the property, met the property manager ( even though I was late on arrival) he completed my walk through an now even 4 months later, I could not be more impressed with the unit, the community and the developers ongoing service post move-in. Covid or not... the views, the unit- super modern, energy efficient, all natural light, cross breeze, storage and the garage. It keeps going... the proximity to the city as well as destinations even further upstate. The Cafe on-site offers daily specials - full service breakfast, lunch and dinner. If I don't want to cook any given night, not only can I order an amazing meal and take a short walk to pick up, but also there are so many gems in Haverstraw and immediately surrounding tha
