Waterford Townhomes

We have had a fantastic experience with Bliss Property Management. We began renting with them in their building on Main St. in Williamsville and absolutely loved our apartment there! It was so beautiful, truly luxury living. The whole team was incredibly attentive any time we needed anything. Our growing family needed more space and we requested mid-lease to move to the Waterford Townhomes in Clarence. Michael was so helpful and accommodating by making this happen for us without a hassle. We love our rental in Waterford and are excited to stay put for a while!

I moved in to my 1 bedroom apartment in November and am very pleased with my decision. Michael who is the rental agent helped with communication as to availability as there are just a few in the complex. This property makes me feel like I have a house without all the homeowner issues. Rachel is a very accessible property manager. The grounds are well kept also. My 2 dogs are getting used to the new place but we are glad to be here!

I own a Marrano home across the street in Northwoods and the close proximity allows me to spend a lot more time with my 3 young children. I also appreciate the various payment methods that enable me to obtain a high amount of credit card points. I have 2 dogs and the small community seems to welcome them all. The pool will be nice over the Summer which will be great to keep my kids active. The entire process was very seamless. Regards, Andrew

The units are spacious enough and relatively nice however not as high end as the price they charge. The units are brand new but constructed so hastily that many tenants had multiple issues with their units from cracks in the wall, water leaks, improper venting of appliances, you name it. Overall not worth the money. We rented during the construction phase so we knew there would be some growing pains however no discounts were ever offered for having no pool or gym that was promised or dealing with the non-stop commotion of construction. While on pricing keep in mind that they charge pet fees and not deposits so none of that money is used towards any damage your pet actually does. They also didn’t specify in the beginning that regardless of how well you maintain the unit, they will still

Assigned parking is a joke, we have assigned parking but the neighbors would rather park in my spot and not there own for some reason. Complained to manager but they do not care or want to help, The garbage in dumpster piles up quick and is usually a mess. No privacy and forget about getting the snow plowed at a reasonable time.
