Terrible new manager Pam!! She acts like Miss Trenchable from Matilda. The rent price is amazing & apartments are brand new and beautiful but not worth it!! She's very rude, nasty, & unprofessional! Everyone that lives here has problems with her. She's kicking almost half the residents out with NO explanation. Saying "I don't have to renew your lease because I dont want to" They come in to "inspect" apartments every month. They will come banging on your door at anytime with no warning. Feels like a college dorm most the time. Everyone is so nosy and miserable in everyones business because they have nothing better to do than to smoke on the corner all day everyday. Would give zero stars if possible. Unprofessional, inappropriate and rude property manager. If you plan on moving here I’d suggest having a lawyer on standby. Property manager and her sidekick (maintenance worker) have said multiple unprofessional comments while inspecting my Aunts apartment. Not to mention touching and photographing personal items which is against the law. These are low income apartments! She police’s the property like she works across the street in a gated community. She is racist and discriminatory to potential clients. Before my ELDERLY Aunt moved in she stated there were no units available.. Pam is absolutely the worst property manager I’ve ever encountered. She made sure to make the whole moving in experience difficult for my mother. She was rude, snooping around my mother’s apartment and touching her personal items during inspections. This complex uses both Grand Strand and Conway water and sewer. Pam told my mother that her water and sewer is through Conway W&S. She never once mentioned anything about Grand Strand W&S. This is also never mentioned on the lease. My mother was in the shower with shampoo in her hair when her water got shut off by Grand Stand W&S. Pam was confronted about this. She admitted that she knew about the complex using 2 utilities company’s but never bothered to let the tenants know. I had to pay over $200 to Grand Strand W&S to get her water turned ba

Pam has made our renting experience horrible. Constantly harassing us and making false allegations. If one lie doesn’t add up she comes up with another. There are constant inspections and if you aren’t present while they are performing one, expect them to go through, touch, and photograph your personal belongings. They even do “reinspections” where they come in, turn the lights on and off, and then tell you that’s it. Initial inspection where we weren’t present they went through all belongings and took photos of our picture frames! Then came up with fake issues just to harass us. She wants everyone out that doesn’t bow down to her. Don’t move here! She also picks and chooses what tenants can have pets or not. If you live here LAWYER UP! She will violate all tenants rights.

I moved here in April 2024, I have not had any issues and management is really god as well as maintenance. Waterford Pointe Apartments is a good and quiet place to live
