Waterford Place

Ms. Jones did an excellent job giving me a tour of the apartment. She was very friendly, professional, and made the whole experience comfortable and easy. She took the time to answer my questions and explained everything clearly. I really appreciated her positive attitude and helpfulness throughout the tour. Overall, she did a great job and made the visit a very pleasant experience.

Ms. Faith Jones has been amazing to work with. She’s always friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever I have a question or need something taken care of. You can tell she really cares about the residents and takes pride in what she does. I really appreciate all the help she’s given and it definitely makes living here a better experience.

I very recently moved into this apartment complex and so far everything has been great. The property is well-kept, the community is quiet, and the move-in process was smooth. Faith and Lea in the leasing office were very friendly and very helpful but I especially want to highlight Michael, the maintenance man. He is absolutely superior at what he does. He’s quick to respond, professional, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything I need is taken care of in a timely manner. I truly appreciate his hard work. Overall, a great start to living here!

I toured these apartments faith was an amazing tourist ! U can tell she loves her job and enjoy what she does !! She was very detailed ! And gave me a breakdown of everything!!! She deserves a raise ! Even offered refreshments when you want a tour ask for faith ! Ok so i have to update u guys when we moved in we had some maintenance issues where water was leaking under the sink and i put a service request in on 2/5/26 and got a call the next day Axel and perez came to the rescue and fixed it THE SAME DAY !! AMAZING SERVICE FAST AND EFFICIENT ☺️

This place was awesome to go visit and it didn't let my hopes down on finding a new place. Also, an on-site Representative named Faith greeted me through the door with a smile and such a positive attitude. She was amazing with answering all of my questions and concerns without hesitation. It has been difficult on finding a great place for me and my son and she was able to convince me to settle at Waterford Place. I will look forward to making my stay at Waterford Place!! Thank You Faith!!
