Unprofessional Management and Unauthorized Entry. Worst management experience I’ve ever had. I spoke with Janet multiple times, and every interaction was unpleasant. I scheduled a pre-move-out inspection for January 20th, which was supposedly completed. However, on January 28th, maintenance entered my apartment again with no work order, no request, and no notice. When I called at 5:00 PM that day to ask why they entered my home after the inspection was already finalized, Janet was incredibly dismissive. She rushed me off the phone, claiming they "had to inspect the apartment," but failed to explain why I wasn't notified or why a second visit was necessary. This is a major safety issue. Clean and well-maintained apartment complex. The management team is responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. Quiet neighborhood, good amenities, and great value for the rent. I’ve been living at Waterford Place at Riata Ranch for the past five months, and I’m very happy with their excellent maintenance and service. The manager, Noreen Renteria, and leasing professional, Noemi, are both extremely helpful, polite, and responsive. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Whenever I visit the leasing office, they are always friendly and ready to help. Overall, it’s been a great living experience here.

Unless you want to deal with incompetence every time you have an issue then this is the location to move too.The maintenance people were outstanding and nice people. But the office staff on the other hand are a completely different beast. My boyfriend’s car got broken into several times while I was living there. They want to implement certain regulations and rules but can’t do right by the residents that live there. Move out process is a joke. Do not recommend!

I sure do live here. Two of the doors came off the hindges, the clothing washing machine smells weird and the dish washing machine broke down. I do like it here, however, despite it being more unstable than a middle school art project.
