Waterford Place at Mt. Zion Apartments

My 13 months here were nothing short of amazing! Eboni is truly the sweetest and is ALWAYS to the rescue, no matter how many times I called. She has such a kind and professional spirit, and she made my experience here even better. The rest of the staff is wonderful as well, but most of my interactions were with Eboni — and she never disappointed. I wasn’t originally from the area, but living here made me feel comfortable and at home. Any issues I had were very minor and handled promptly. The area feels very safe, especially living alone. The neighbors look out for one another, which gave me so much peace of mind. If you’re considering moving here — DO IT! You won’t regret it. I didn't do the walk through I was scheduled to do instead I was showed a video. Definitely didn't like that. I had people show me a downsize before they thought about not physically showing me something. So yes my experience it's a no and even had me to look elsewhere because how can I apply for anything if I don't have an idea of space or the outline. For me something is better than nothing and sad part is she had a "be right back on a tour" sign up before I traveled almost two hours there for my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS might I add again. I have to say after coming in and speaking with Julesia few days ago, I’m looking forward with my application. Exceptional service! Everything was handled with professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. I felt valued and well taken care of. I give Waterford place a 1 on our move in because the leading agent had us sign what they call a conditional lease and my husband came in office and paid over $1400 for our move in deposit that he was quoted in person. Basically, we had did our walk through and got keys and then the next day we're told we had to pay $1200 in two weeks plus the $1100 concession amount 1st month rent. We also paid a $200 holding fee. I just feel we did not get a promotional deal at all and it was not our fault that the agent screwed up on the numbers. It is just a reminder from God in my opinion to get our credit together and get the house we deserve. I now know I should be making more money because everything is really costly now. DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE !!! They ate infested with roaches leasing agents don’t want to schedule pest control even though its coming out of our rent… They have so may extra charges they charge you for a package locker but its comes out your rent too …. They also charging for water and sewage but you get another separate bill for water snd sewage … STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENT they stealing packages too!!! Apartment not even fixed up when you move in either
