The construction crew and maintenance men just barge in your house like they live there with the key. Absolutely no respect for the way they go through your house. They left my apartment a complete MESS every night. My anxiety is through the roof! I didn’t even know I had anxiety!! I feel so violated I don’t even want to live here anymore! And since everything is SMALLER I have to figure out how to rearrange my whole life! I’ve never been so inconvenienced with no sense of remorse or compensation.I had to pack up for these renovations and at this point I feel like I should just keep packing because this is no longer a home! I hate to write a bad review especially since I am a current resident. I am absolutely sick and tired of them not answering the phone or replying to e-mails. Also, most of the good reviews are not from real residents. They had to get a better rating before the new property would buy in.

I moved from Florida to Memphis with no family here for my job. I've been living here since May 2017. When I moved in, there were several things that need fixing and request. Some things were fixed and some I've still been waiting on. However, I wasn't pressed. The parking sucks if you have guest. The employees act like total airheads. The maintenance team move slow. Anyway, I didn't plan on moving because I like my apartment and it was convenient until I found several RATS in my apartment. I called the next morning at 8:30 am as soon as the office opened and addressed the issue. The employee who I spoke with said she will send maintenance to see if they can see where they are coming from. Maintenance didn't arrive to my apartment until 4:00 pm. The grounds are pretty but the sidewalks often have goose droppings, only cleaned when there is an inspection from outside agency. I along with several other tenants have mice, and tenants are totally responsible for traps, bait, etc. I never had this issue with other apartments I have rented. Office manager is rude and more of a warden. She also has certain tenants who report to her and their word is taken without proof. She definitely has favorites. She has been there for over 30 years, older than some of the tenants. For whatever reason, she has been able to keep her job although her mind is definitely declining. When I moved out, there were no damages and it was clean. However, they kept $120 for professional cleaning of the carpet. I lived there for 6 years, the carpet was not new at
