We truly love living here. From the beautiful green areas to the spacious and quiet apartments, everything just feels right. It’s peaceful, well cared for, and the community rules really help make it a comfortable place. We’re so happy to call this place home. Highly recommend!

This place is so good to live. Is so quiet and with good vibe. Moving here has been the best decision. Also, I had an amazing experience with Christine and Vilma while renting my townhouse. From the very beginning, they were knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly patient in explaining all my options. They made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. I truly felt supported every step of the way.

I love living here, the staff is amazing they really go above and beyond. I've had minor issues in my apartment and they fix it withing the day. The premises are well cared suffice to say is a paradise. 5 stars all the way specially to Vilma she is an angel.

Waterford Landing is a great place to live. The amenities are great, the building maintenance is always on point, and the grounds are impeccably maintained. However, the most important thing is the attention given by the staff. Vilma at the leasing office for example, comes to mind. She has been nothing short of exemplary in the performance of her job and her interactions with me. Always willing to help, no matter the situation. She always has a smile on her face and kind demeanor. Vilma is very knowledgeable and always willing to help me whenever I've needed her. Whether it's the random flower at the door on Valentine's Day or the special welcome basket of goodies, or the birthday card, Vilma is always on top of every detail. It is a place where you truly feel comfortable, peaceful, and valued.
