Waterford Cherry Creek

My brother and I love living at this property. Great location and amazing office staff, they always go above and beyond. Amanda and Catherine are more than just leasing agents it really feels like a community. I dont think I'll be moving anytime soon, hidden gem in denver!

Besides this being a beautiful property...the entire Waterford Creek staff are curious, kind, helpful, and informative. They made it very easy to make decision to reside here. I truly love my new home and enjoy all the benefits of living within this community!

I’ve lived at the Waterford at Cherry Creek for over 10 years. They have a wide variety of units. The neighborhood is awesome walking distance to multiple restaurants, King Soopers is just across the street Four Mile park is on the other side of the property. Great family fun and concerts. Cherry Creek mall is also in walking distance just down the Cherry Creek bike path. Staff here is amazing and responsive.

The staff is posting positive reviews, but I have roaches in my apartment that are getting into my children’s food and snacks. Please do not move here. The only reason I am here is because my credit was not strong enough to qualify elsewhere.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I wish I could give this place a 0 they literally sent an email offering money in exchange for good reviews, thats why there are so many good ones on here. Where do I start. Betsy the community manager and Catherine made my time here a living hell. First problem I had, My heat in my room was 15 degrees cooler than the rest of the apartment so I had to use a portable heater ALL winter long. I’d wake up with my feet blue from it being so cold in my room but they insisted it worked. Spoiler it didn’t. I also had black stuff coming out of my shower for MONTHS which they kept gaslighting me saying it was normal another spoiler it wasn’t. The pipe behind my shower was melting and had to be fixed. They showed no remorse or help towards me blaming me saying it was my fault and t
