I rarely leave reviews, but I truly felt this team deserved one. Our experience with this property has been amazing, and Isha deserves a huge recognition for the work she does. From the very beginning, Isha was incredibly kind, professional, and supportive throughout our application process. She communicated clearly, kept us updated, and made sure we always knew what the next steps were. That level of transparency and reliability meant so much to us during the waiting period. Isha is such an amazing part of the Waterford team. She is super helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable at her job! She made the transition of moving super easy. Along with Isha, Jose and Donavan are hands down the best maintenance team ever. They’re super responsive, respectful, and take of things in a timely manner. Highly recommend Waterford at Peoria.

I came from Cali to AZ to visit my brother, nephew and sister and law and stayed at this place and felt like home! To me the maintenance was amazing it was super clean around when I would go for my walks and the landscaping gals were such nice people! And let me not forget Jose the maintenance gal he was super sweet and helpful when we needed maintenance in the apartment and will always make me feel like I was at home, I’d definitely will be back to visit soon !!
