Water Dance Apartments

We lived there a total of ONE month after selling our home and it was the worst experience. Horribly unprofessional front office management ruined what could have been a decent complex.

We have been here almost 9 years, the management staff on sight, has always been kind, aided us in any way we have needed, along with the maintenance staff being efficient and always kind. We came from Cincinnati and had no family near us, we've been Blessed with Waterdance staff caring for us like we're family. Thanks to all that make our home life better.

Management very rude and mean. Our lease is up next week and we have been making preparations to move this weekend. My husband and I tested positive for Covid on Tuesday and over the past couple of days have become very ill. We are still contagious and in quarantine for 10 days, but Jesse refuses to allow us the time to recover and complete quarantine. The upstairs bathroom tub enclosure looks like mold has been painted over, it keeps seeping through the paint The dining room light has never worked properly, one of four lights work. You replace a burned out light bulb and the new bulb shatters within minutes. We are more than willing to leave, but we are very sick right now and still being contagious, no one can safely help us. My advice is to stay clear of this place, management care

I have been a resident for almost 2 years and have enjoyed every moment. Samantha from the office has been so helpful and always comes across kind and cares for the residents. Highly recommends this complex to anyone!

Unfortunately, I have to agree with Janette. They do seem to only care about the money and not the tenant and it seems they have a hard time keeping staff members. Very sad.
