Mason is the best maintenance Man ever walked Washington Village grounds. As I told the office they better never get rid of Mason because he is the only guy who has ever came in here and worked hard and made sure things were fixed when supplies were available to him. He is such a hard-working young man and he gets the job done, when he can't get it done due to lack of equipment or whatever he will come back and finish whete left off. He deserves a raise and promotion. No other maintenance man ever did anything around here except walk and they barely did that. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK MASON!!!

I have lived here since 2009 and I can say I’m so impressed with the staff the manager office staff and maintenance gentleman is great!

I’ve been at Washington village for 3 years now and the management is always very friendly 😁 all apartment buildings have problems but with their help 🤔 not a bad place to live 😬 thank ya for all your help 😊

Maintenance has been wonderful here. They are always prompt, easy to get ahold of, and they do quick good work. One of the best maintenance experiences I've had.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting kay and kerra at the Washington village apartments and these 2 ladies was extremely helpful at these apartments and I have to say these ladies were helpful and professional than the previous manager they really care about the apartment community and take alot of pride in their job.I would be proud to recommend Washington village to anyone looking for a warm and inviting place to call home Thank you kay and kerra for all you done
