This place should be condemned. Literally. The list of things wrong with this place goes on and on, but I'll list a few. Staff is tragically unorganized and couldn't care less about anyone living there. They tried to bill me for something I had already paid for and when I told them to look it up in their book, they found it and started speaking in another language so I couldn't understand them. You can walk into the office and pick up anyone's package. They'll never ask you a single question about who you are. The floors were "cleaned" (and they'll take that out of your security deposit), but when I went in with my own shampooer, the water came back pitch black. Twice. The management can't track accounting, rent is overpriced, the building isn't particularly well kept, laundry is way overpriced, bedrooms can't be locked and maintenance comes in without warning. the building is too close to a ridiculously loud frat house and to 45th, and the single-pane windows don't block out the noise of traffic or frat parties. management says things that don't line up with their contracts and will try to charge for unreasonable things, eg they charge a "cleaning deposit" of $200 when you move in and again when you move out. the contract says it's for cleaning and maintenance, but management will charge you for cleaning a second time when you move out. speaking Chinese doesn't even help; the management simply doesn't know how to manage or run a business. the lesso

Loved this place especially its location. Super convenient for everything. I met quite a few nice people who live or work there. The building is quite secure with parking space too! Strongly recommended!

Absolutely horrific. The landlord would walk into our unit without warning at least weekly. The doors often did not lock for the complex so people could get inside randomly, meaning there were homeless sleeping in the hallways. At the end of the lease, we were charged random cleaning costs even though the unit was left better than it was given to us. When we moved in, nothing was cleaned and there was still furniture from previous tenants. Landlord also ghosted us when we questioned the random charges coming out from our security deposit. If you see any positive reviews somewhere, it's either for the Bellevue building with the same name or from the landlords' son writing reviews. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE.

All the negatives other said are true. Here's my take: Noise is the biggest issue for this building. DO NOT pick bedrooms with windows facing east. These rooms are right across a frat building and you get two things: lovely frat people shouting and blasting music through the night, and smoking pod right under your window. 45th street is pretty loud itself so I bet other rooms in this building are not much better. It'll be issue inside your unit as well, as the walls and the doors barely blocks any sound from your apartment-mate. Try not to shout in rage after a bad day only to return to a trash aparment, as to respect your neighbors. The management issue that others all mentioned: likely true. Haven't moved out yet but I won't be surprised if there's a rip off coming; communication wise,
