Washington Place Apartments

The most retarded rental application process ever , 49.00 to prescreen, zero human interactions, COMPLETE ORGANIZATION IS RUN BY AI (TEXT, EMAIL, EVEN PHONE CALLS), and after finding something sooner elsewhere, where I was able to speak to another human being, 244 Washington place won't refund my money , and the Ai just sends you in circles , spent two days trying to get the Ai to follow through on its promise to process my refund . But literally had to put a fraud claim in with my bank to reverse the fee and get my money back , I'd stay as far away from this place you can SKYNET would have better intentions, and the RED QUEEN would be more accommodating.

I am literally frustrated to reach someone!!! Trying to rent one of their available apartments. I call the number on google maps but no pick up! Finally I met one of the residents and she thankfully give me the number of media management. I called them and they gave me an other number. I called the lady supposed to help with rental units but, BINGO, she never picks up the call or returns to voice mails. This entire process took days… RENTING A UNIT SHOULD NOT BE THIS HARD!

Nice grounds and building design. I visit (don’t own) so can’t speak to the day to day experience but the location is good in that it's quite yet near a lot of major "escape routes” and retail options near by.
