HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! Seriously who allows these maniacs manage the property? They will act like the nicest people on earth and give you the best welcome home. Try to prove them wrong or you need something in your unit… they flip a switch and become AGGRESSIVE. Charge you for basic maintenance up to $250? Seems money hungry to me. People are moving out faster than moving in.

This rental office is by far the most unprofessional I’ve ever dealt with. The staff are extremely rude, dismissive, and go out of their way to argue instead of helping with even the simplest requests. Rather than providing solutions, they seem more interested in proving you wrong and making sure you leave frustrated. Their attitude is hostile, their communication is condescending, and they make it clear they don’t care about tenants or their concerns. It’s unbelievable that people in a customer-facing role can behave with such arrogance and disrespect. If you value being treated with basic decency and professionalism, look elsewhere—this office will do the bare minimum while making you feel like you’re a problem for even asking.

Honestly the worst by far, extremely rude management. They look at you like you are nothing. If you are of color or different race, they will treat as if you are a delinquent. Sad but true. The old man Stuggie is very aggressive when talking to you. Very unprofessional 👎🏼. Also to get your deposit back good luck, they charge for everything the slightest scratch or crack will cost you half of your deposit.

Ever since the new management took over, this place has gone completely downhill. It’s been, without a doubt, one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. The communication is sloppy and unprofessional, and any concerns brought up by tenants are brushed off like an inconvenience rather than addressed with care. Don’t expect to see your security deposit again even if you leave the unit spotless and in great condition, you’ll still be hit with outrageous charges. I received zero refund, despite returning the apartment in excellent shape. It honestly feels like the goal is to squeeze as much money out of tenants as possible on the way out. To make matters worse, the laundry facilities don’t even work, leaving residents scrambling to find alternatives off-site, which is a basic necess

I've lived in this apartment complex for over 2 years, and I can confidently say it's been a great experience. Management is top-notch, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Even the smallest maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. The rent is incredibly affordable for the area—easily one of the best deals around. While some negative reviews exist, most of them seem to be nitpicking things that are perfectly reasonable for management to enforce in order to keep the community running smoothly. If you're looking for a well-managed, budget-friendly place to live without over-the-top amenities, this is a solid choice. It's a no-frills, well-kept community where you truly get what you pay for—and then some.
