Mr. Washington is awesome and trustworthy. He's very thorough with his inspections and most importantly returns his report in a timely manner. In addition, he has no problem explaining the report and will answer your calls and questions whenever you have them. I can always count on him to do a great job. My experience with Washington Home Inspections was great from the start. As a first time home-buyer, I had a lot of questions regarding the home and John walked me through everything with detail, tips, and explanations. John was very communicative and took care of my inspection within 3 days of my request! He is very knowledgeable and keeps up with the latest in home buildings. The inspector that came in did not put any of the damages I’m noticing now moved in. I paid extra to inspect the pool. Once I moved in I drained it a very noticeable big crack along the grout above were the water sits, water was going in and behind the inside of the pool and destroying it. The whole around the pool knocking on the tile you can tell it’s all destroyed. I can’t afford to spend thousands and thousands to fix the whole thing so I paid $350 to patch up that spot, not including labor. The other two parts he didn’t mention we’re broken on the main system to run the pool we had to replace was $600 plus labor.
