Washington Crossing Apartments

If you care about your health, safety, and peace of mind, do NOT move into these apartments—especially if you have pets or young children. The exterior may look fine, but the inside is a completely different story. There is a massive roach infestation that is impossible to ignore, and the conditions are both unsanitary and hazardous. Many residents have reported ongoing pest problems, and it’s clear that management does nothing to address these issues. The living environment is unsafe and will only cause stress and frustration. Stay far away from this place!

Washington Crossings is a great little complex with woods, wildlife that offers one bedroom and studio apartments at very affordable prices. Both downtown Allentown and downtown Bethlehem are minutes away as are three public parks, The Lehigh River and D&L trail. Management is professional, courteous and provides a portal where you can, i.e.auto pay, make maintenance requests and more.

i cannot stress this enough, do NOT move in here. first off, the landlord Gerald is extremely misleading in the quality of these apartments, and will make promises that he will not keep. When i moved in initially they had to fix my vent fan over my stove and the fan in my bathroom, which they did. then every other time i would put in a maintenance request, it would be marked completed but it was ignored. Additionally, the entire apartment building (610) was infested with bugs, and they kept saying they would spray for them but the exterminators never showed. The apartments themselves are outdated and in desperate need of an update. It took me almost a month and a half to receive my security deposit, after being told i left the apartment in good condition and it would be sent out the follow

Very Horrible place to live. Roaches, strong Weed smell through the hallway, things don't get fixed, stairway and hallway very dirty, I had to shampoo the carpets 2 times and scrub the nasty scum from the tub and shower walls. Also the buildings should be sprayed 1 time a month Due to the Roaches and the other buildings have bed bugs.

I wish there was negative stars cause even a one is too generous for this place. Doesn’t look too bad on the outside but the inside of every building is atrociously disgusting. Every building is infested with cockroaches and some buildings also carry bedbugs. Management does not care how unsanitary and unsafe these living conditions are. Do NOT live here!!
