Great maintenance, management does what they want and pick and choose favorites. Lots of corrupt activity going on behind doors in management and tenants. Nice place to live if you have no where else I guess. Be prepared for loud neighbors, Unsupervised kids, and property damage.
The manager is a miserable person, who likes to talk about people and their personal business to others!!.. Nice clean apartments, just to much drama..
The manager for the one bedroom apartments is the best and sweetest lady and helps ypu in every way she possably can from helping you with utilities paper work ect
Manager of the one bedrooms is awesome but the manager on the townhouse side is far from friendly.
An old friend I know lives there.
