Very disappointed with the whole experience. I love Wash Park and my lease is up so was excited to view these apartments. I schedule an apartment viewing the night before with apartments tours available next day. I arrive at the apartment complex, leasing agent is late. While she was late she’s texting me letting me know that there are no apartments to tour. I ask well I’m already here so can I at least see the building? When she finally arrives, she can’t figure out how to get into the building so I just wait outside. Then when she finally gets us on the building, she is saying that we should see the rooftop. We got to the top floor only to realize there is no roof top. The leasing office here is a disaster so I can’t imagine what the experience living here would be.

I’m not really sure what happened to this place to be honest. I lived in this building for 6 years from 2016 to 2022. The location is great and super convenient, but the growing number of incidents cannot be ignored. Since late 2021 have there been a massive uptick in issues, all stemming around securing the property. It seems anyone can get in whenever they want and go through mail and get into storage units and vehicles parked in the garage. While we had a great time in years past, there’s no way to recommend moving here in the current state.

A horrible place to live. No management on site and they never answer the phone. Storage units were broken into recently and now packages are being stolen/ripped open regularly in the lobby. Management does nothing. If you like being robbed this is the place for you.

WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY! I initially was drawn to this property due to the great location. I saw the reviews regarding bad management, and I wish I would've listened. I rented here for a year and throughout that year had so many issues from parking assignment errors on the office, vandalism within the building, the power going out multiple times for extended periods of time, and it nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone in the office when you need something. But the icing on the cake is when I moved out I paid all of the fees I owed and never heard from them again until a debt collection agency contacted me saying I owed Wash Park Station the amount I had PROOF that I paid! I then talked to the Wash Park Station leasing agent (because that's the only way I could get ahold o

I really enjoy living at Wash Park Station. The interior is very nice. Incredible views of downtown and the mountains. A short walk to Washington Park. Easy access to I-25 and the light rail. Maintenance does a great job of keeping the exterior and grounds looking really good. Office staff provides friendly-good customer service. Wonderful place to live!
