Terrible experience DO NOT BOOK A TOUR ONLINE!!! They do not care they will make you wait over a hour “to not have any available units”

This is a nice place and would be so much better if I had not been placed in an apartment with a roach infestation. Ive been complaining since I moved in and the alleged extermination does nothing. Ms. Debra is such a blessing and has always gotten right on sending them but its still a problem. As much as I love everything else about the complex I cant live with bugs.

This place was very hard to apply for the Internet site. They use is not user-friendly at all. It doesn’t tell you any of their guidelines and once you submit your application, you cannot change it. They never had anything about dog breeds or weight restrictions. I believe that should be on there, especially after you pay them $40 to do paperwork so just be careful and call and ask them for breed restrictions and weight restrictions I didn’t think it was a big deal because they have a dog park in the middle Complex I even told the lady on the phone when I was trying to fill the application out that I had an American bulldog my vet has the paperwork wrong and once you submit an application, there’s no changing anything so just be careful and ask as many questions as you can before you spend

I'm entering my second year here. My stay has been very peaceful. I appreciate the well-maintained grounds, hallways, and laundry rooms. Ms. Debra, and Ms. Tara have been 100% professional at all times. I look forward to hopefully moving into a two-bedroom here next year. Good job!!

Second time living here. Great community. Older apartments, but well maintained. Ms. Debra and Ms.Tara always makes sure you get taken care of immediately. Everyone generally follows the rules, but of course you have the few that need to be told how to be a good neighbor. But no problems to where the police has ever been called. The grounds also are maintained and manicured weekly. Enough visitors spaces for friends and family and nice pool for swimming. I would recommend to a friend.
