In 2019 My unit had several inches of water and maintenance was not responsive to remove the water or correct the problem. This happened whenever it would rain which caused mold damage to over 1/2 of my belongings. I withheld rent with the hope that they would be willing to make things rights instead I was evicted in addition to losing my belongings. Never rent from this company. They are apart of a HUD program that should be helpful but the program manager is a rude and inconsiderate. They lost the best employee they had when Cindy left. She cared about her residents. The sad thing is this was a home ownership program and the only place that I have lived that felt like it would be safe a long term home for my family.

Absolutely avoid renting from any of their properties. Despite paying over $36,000 over 3 years, and having no complaints: >They were extremely late in returning my refundable per deposit. > They took months to fix a failed air conditioning unit (during the summer). > They refused to modify my yearly lease I needed due to major life change causing me to give up the opportunity I was given. > On top of keeping my security deposit despite leaving the property in generally good condition, they are taking me to collections over a disputed last months rent, despite paying every month I lived there. Absolutely disgusting, I'd rather live in a hole in the wall then ever recommend anyone live there.

I lived at Washington meadows apartments for almost 8 yrs. There was a lot of drug dealing going on the past 3+ yrs. The office manager there never attempted to do anything about it even when there was an overdose with one of the tenants. Plus the stabbing that occurred a few months ago. The office manager allows gossip to go on during her work hrs and tell tentants personal business. If you call up there she puts you on speaker so if anyone else if there they hear what the call was about. Anytime o was there she was either online shopping or playing games. The list goes on. I have moved from there to a more reputable apartment complex that offers so much more for the same amount of rent. I will not recommend anyone to move there. Things will never change until you make the changes and al
