WRC is a dream to work with. We worked with Caleb Warren on the purchase of our first home in 2016. When we were ready to sell & buy again, we couldn’t think of a better team to work with! Jessica Warren was hands on, thorough, and knowledgeable. She was always easy to connect with and answered probably close to a million questions. Jessica made listing our home easy & gave us lots of feedback so we could find the right buyer. Jessica took the time with us to tour as many houses as we possibly could. She remembered tiny details about me and about my husband & would give us advice on if a house would fit our needs. Caleb filled the gap if ever Jessica wasn’t available. Jessica was amazing to work with! There were a lot of moving parts involved with the purchase of our home with property and she managed them all super well. She stayed on top of the all the parties to ensure we were on track for our closing date and had great contractor recommendations for things that came up. We decided in late December 2024 to move back to Texas from Florida. Our home in Florida sold quicker than we anticipated. Contacted Jessica at Warren Realty (for transparency my niece) gave her our parameters for a house in the canyon lake area and she found us our dream home that we closed on by the end of January and moved in by February 9th.
