I have been renting through ward reality for about 10 years. We have always had a great relationship with the staff and they always try to accommodate us as best they can. I have to say they have always nailed it. Most recently they were able to get me and my children the house we always rented with my husband. We hadn’t gone in a couple of years because of his illness and when he passed away last year the made it happen for me and my children. They got us the house on the week of his birthday. I can never forget that. See you same time this year .

Ward Realty has booked my family vacation for the past seven years and they are excellent! They have a wide range of summer rentals to chose from, many at affordable rates. Every property we rented over the years was clean, properly cared for and exactly what we requested. The booking & payment process is super simple and check-in/check-out is always informative and very smooth. Brian Rock is a wonderful agent to work with. Such a kind and pleasant person and takes good care of his customers. Can't recommend Brian & Ward enough for a stress-free, fun-filled vacation at the Jersey Shore.

We had a very unprofessional and frustrating experience with Ward Realty. We drove 1.5 hours twice (once to see the property and again to sign the lease and write a check for the first month’s rent) and were under the impression that we'd get to live there. After that, there was almost no communication. We went a full week without updates or clarity on where things stood. Then, after we reached out more than once to check in, we were suddenly told another party had offered more and we no longer had the place guaranteed, despite us having signed the lease. We were even encouraged to raise our offer, which we did, only to be met with more silence. While the agent Patrick we worked with seemed like a pleasant guy and joked around with us, he failed to communicate what was going on and wasted

Extremely unprofessional and unethical. We drove an hour and a half twice—once to tour the property and again to the office to sign the lease and hand over the first month’s rent (still not sure why this couldn’t be done online). Everything was supposedly finalized. A week later, after total silence, we got a call saying another party had offered more and that we no longer had the place. The agent (PJ) even pushed us to increase our offer, which we did, only for him to ignore us again. In the end, I had to reach out myself just to learn we’d lost it. Terrible communication, shady practices—and apparently the owner has even been in prison for arson. Avoid this company at all costs.

This is our 5th year working with Brian and once again it was perfect!!! Thank you for always doing the right thing. You are a good man!
