Walton Woodstock at Main Street

I have lived at Walton Woodstock apartments for 12 years. Up until a few days ago, I loved it here. But, now there is someone in the area has been playing loud music in the wee hours disturbing my sleep. I can’t tell where it is coming from. If you don’t want to deal with nightly loud music don’t move here!

Google has been out of service a lot, and for those working from home it has been difficult. Office team does not give you updates and the Google representative does not even contact you back. Those that have at&t have not been impacted by this outage. Would have expected the team to give you updates instead of having to reach out to them each day.

Living in the center of Downtown Woodstock has its perks, and it has been an enjoyable experience living at 260 Woodstock. I have been living at 260 Woodstock for near 3 years. The Property Manager (Rachel) is very friendly and responsive to any concerns on the property, and Maintenance (Marcos) is the friendliest of person there is!

We live at 260 Woodstock and LOVE the location. It is so fun to open the door and listen to the city, the music in the evening and birds in the morning. We love hosting friends and family at our house because it feels like your Downtown living. There are a few things to keep an eye out for. The power bill here is extremely high, much higher than a 3-4bd house. We do not have access to any amenities, no pools , tennis courts, or clubhouse. The parking situation is pretty awful, you are only assigned 1 spot so if you have multiple cars you'll need to park them around the downtown area. This are minor gripes for us but they are worth noting. Overall we love this home, the staff, and the community. Can't wait to see how they plan to improve this building. I WOULD LOVE A FRONT ENTRACE.

This is city living at its finest! Love the location and apartment features. Management is top notch too!
