Well to echo most of all the other one star reviews of this business. I have to say it still burns my ass even though I moved out over a year ago from their property that I only received $500 of my $1,200 deposit upon move out. I lived at a residence for over 6 years. During that time everything was fine, although I endured bi-yearly inspections, of which I understood their reasoning, but at the same time it felt very intrusive. During these inspections I was often praised about how well I kept the house .And I had no problems with any repairs or maintenance during the time that I lived there, they did their best and took care of all of it. But, when I moved out I was hit with a $150 rekey, a cleaning fee, and a repaint fee of which I was told prior to move out that is long as everything w

Kathy is very unprofessional and a schemer. While doing move out inspection, she said everything was fine and good and up to par.Then when it came out to getting the security deposit back, Which was $1400 I only received $600. After confronting her about this she said she had to get the carpets cleaned which I provided a receipt that I already did, She also. Stated that it was $250.00 for a new lock , Which I provided her with a brand new one opened, She said she could not take it, I left it in the home at the front door when I moved out. Don't ever rent on this company.It is way over priced and takes months to get anything fixed . I rented for 5 years and this is how I was treated.

I recently moved out of a house I rented from Walter Williams for over 2 years and was extremely pleased with there services. Anytime a problem arose they were very attentive and took care of things immediately. I would definitely recommend Walter Williams Properties!

Cathy is great!! She is a true professional in the property management business. She managed our home rental for 8 years. We live out of state and appreciate Cathy’s response to issues that came up with the property and the tenant. She always had maintenance issues corrected quickly and competently and always communicated with us in a timely manner. Ronda did a great job selling our house for us. She is very knowledgeable in the local real estate market and guided us through a quick sale. Absolutely the best company around in Palm Coast. I relocated from another state and the process was super simple. My agent, Cathy, and her assistant have been such a pleasure. I had a small issue with the stove during my walk through but they were on top of the repairs and expedited any and all my requests. My whole family is impressed with the service e from Walter Williams and I highly recommend them to everyone I know!
