Stay away from this place everything is old, lot of roaches, maintenance people can’t fix anything at all. There is something braking all the time. AC units from the 1800 smelly and mold everywhere

The worst decision I ever made was living there for one year I had several issues like water leak all over the apartment ,rooms doors didn't work vanityall olds almost falling a parts leaking in the toiles ,this building is really old that they don't do maintenance on and when you call for request an issue regarding the unit they don't do nothing about and wait until you renew or leave so they can charge you the money for things they don't fix while you live there which was exactly what they did to ke now they charging 3000 dollars for the things they did to the apartment while i was there and when i left and the lady from the office silvia she live in the complex her apartment is the only one in good shape , she can be nice at the beginning but after couple months when you start having i

FYI you are now only allowed 2 assigned parking spaces regardless if you live in a 3 bedroom apartment now. They will tow your car. Better park on street for those who have a 3rd car and maybe have someone pick you up and drop you off to your vehicle. Especially if you have visitors. The tow fee is $485 per hour/day. I would hate for new tenants to be towed. This is posted on property gates so be warned. The property itself is falling apart yet they continuously raise rent by $200/year + and make you sign a new lease every year without actually fixing the property. Tenants had to threaten lawsuit just to get roof fixed and stop all the leaks when we had rain. Management’s sucks!manager doesn’t have enough knowledge to be managing.Full of cockroach all over the complex when we report damages they don’t care and they will charge it to you when you move out ..i reported someone stole stuff from my storage but nothing was done.

This place doesnt even deserve 1 star. The manager (Denise S.) Is very rude and unprofessional. In the beginning shes so sweet and nice but when you have an issue with the apartment she has attitude and lies about maintenance coming over to fix it! She only limits 2 guest at a time and if your not on the lease you're not allowed to enjoy the pool or playground with your loved ones who are renting there. It was very uncomfortable to even walk outside because she would literally stare at you the whole time from her door or balcony. Then when you move, you're blamed for the roaches they already had throughout the whole apartments and for their poor maintenance.
