Walnut Heights Apartments has been a comfortable and convenient place to live with a lot of nice features. The community offers a **pool**, **barbecue areas**, and **plenty of open walking space**, which makes it easy to relax and enjoy the outdoors. There is **parking available**, and the property feels open, calm, and walkable. Inside the apartment, there is **air conditioning and heat**, which is great year-round. The unit also comes with a **stove and refrigerator**, making move-in simple and convenient. One feature I really like is the **modern smart access**, where you can unlock the door securely using your phone. Overall, it’s a peaceful community with good amenities, modern touches, and a comfortable living environment.

Amazing Work and Excellent Service! We recently had repairs done in our home due to a water intrusion, and the experience was truly outstanding. Andres handled everything from start to finish with exceptional care. His workmanship was excellent, and he made sure to keep us updated throughout the entire process. The follow-up and communication were consistent, timely, and reassuring. We are incredibly grateful for the quality of work and the professionalism shown.

As I depart from Walnut Heights I just wanted to thank the team for making my stay pleasant . The office staff was always there to help Candi, Jake, Lisa, Yari and Sol and of course maintenance Andres. If you are looking for a great place to live and a beautiful area look no more. Thank you all, I will miss Walnut Heights the place I called home for over 2 years.

Beware of this place. 1) you don’t see the apart you rent. 2) there is no management on site for the large complex. The building is nice on the outside but the inside is run down and like projects as the rules are not enforced. That hallways to the apartments are filthy. I expected apartment living.. this place was like the projects. Just a terrible place to live. The management is in another city and just terrible. 3) The deposit was cheap but the move out was ridiculous. I received a $3800 move out cost. I expected some carpet replacement and cleaning. However they’re billing to redo all the bathroom and kitchen. Mind you the existing glaze was bubbled and had been deglazed multiple times over. I made the huge mistakes to not document every single detail of the rundown areas when I moved

Besides neighbors letting their kids roam around and people slamming their doors in the middle of the night, I’ve recently had my package stolen and had contacted the office on site for assistance and after them literally doing nothing besides ask me questions about the situation that I had already explained to them the first time I had gotten in contact with them, all I got was “Good luck hope you get a refund or they resend it” There’s cameras on site for the mail “room” can’t really call it a room since it’s out the open. But nothing was said about them even trying to check cameras, they literally would rather have you try to be a detective than them actually go in person and question the apartment where your package was accidentally left.
