Walnut Courts Apartments

Marty is a fantastic landlord. He responds quickly to texts and the problem is usually solved that day. The maintenance guys are great and friendly and requests are usually addressed the next day. The apartments are nice and spacious with modern appliances. They are a bit pricey but it's due to the fact that they are located downtown across from mothers brewing company which has lots of live music during the summer and you can enjoy it right from your front door. I would like to address the two 1 star reviews since the people who left them were my next door neighbors. They were a couple who fought constantly. The cops were called on them several times a week, and a few times were called multiple times in one day. They had knocked on my door numerous times to tell me about the fighting just

Marty Duda is one of the most physically and mentally revolting people I have ever met. His job is to con people with flashly appliances in his apartment, but nothing works. Good luck with maintenance, it’s an 80 year old man who does absolutely nothing. When I first moved in I had automatic lights, they stared to malfunction, so they were ripped them out of the mall. My house was broken into and my door frame broken, I asked for it to be repaired. Nothing happened. Our brand new washer and dryer broke, they replaced it with one from the 90s. They call it luxury but it’s just a lie. Marty Duda and his maintenance team have a special spot in hell.

I love downtown Springfield! These apartments are so modern too, and the management is lovely!
