What an incredible community! The townhouses are amazing. It’s a quiet community, with an updated feel. I love the staff here. They communicate incredibly and help solve problems with their whole hearts. Ashley radiates happiness and organization, while Dentrell and Lee offer quick to action help solving problems on site. This is an A-plus team creating the best kind of home.

I just recently moved in within the last month and so far it has been amazing! Ms. Ashley has been so absolutely amazing and provided everything I needed for move in. The place was nice and clean when I moved! The community is quiet and well kept. Ms. Ashley is also just such a lovely person to interact with that it makes everything so much better. She answers all the questions and is so personable! Thank you so much for everything!! Maintenance is quick and efficient too. Which seems to be hard to find when renting. I am so very appreciative!

****UPDATE**** Thank you to Ms. Jenny and Ms. Ashley for everything! Thank you for listening to my concerns and issues with my unit and working towards resolving them. I have every confidence that together, we will overcome these challenges. Although it may take time, I trust that we will get there. Also, I appreciate your assistance with my renewal. Now, I'm excited to transform my backyard into my own little oasis, a serene retreat where I can unwind and rejuvenate, all without leaving the comfort of my home ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I'm nearing my first anniversary here and I must say, this has been a transformative experience that has taught me resilience and perseverance. The townhouses look decent on the outside, but it really depends on which building you end up in. Some have a serious bug problem it’s basically like playing Russian roulette. When you report it, management isn’t very helpful. They’ll sometimes suggest that you handle pest control yourself, and if you don’t, they’ll spray once, but the critters always come back. You’ll have to keep asking for follow-up treatments, and eventually you’ll be told that “unfortunately, the complex has critters” and that you’ll never completely get rid of them. They are definitely not worth the price. Here are a few of many photos of the townhouse with the critters for reference. Beware.

I love this neighborhood !! The manager Ashley is so pleasant,attentive, and the process was easy and quick. Ashley even helped after to give me a tour. I love this complex. Ashley keeps us informed on what's happening. They did a donation for the food bank and made it super easy. They provided the bags, and they picked them up. I do not plan on leaving anytime soon.
