Walker Manor Apartments

Safety is the biggest concern. Living here going on 2 years now and recently experienced a breaking an entering with my television being stolen. I was told nothing could be done. please note i live in the basement. Later on a snow storm happened and i noticed footsteps in my back patio going to my patio door. My partner reportedly heard raddling at the door the night before which prevented him from falling back asleep. this was also reported and again they said there was nothing they can do. If you care about your safety i wouldn’t recommend renting here or if you can, do not stay in their basements

Our leasing agent, Kayla was amazing, she has great customer service skills! Very pleasant, knowledgeable and patient!!! Also, the ladies in the office are pleasant as well!!

I recently moved into these apartments, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The property is beautiful, clean and quiet - you can really tell it’s well maintained by both the property management and maintenance teams. My transition was smooth and quick, and they made everything so easy. I have to give a special thanks to the amazing ladies in the leasing office- Kayla, Deja and Ms. Faye 💕. Thank you for be so welcoming and helpful!! I’m truly grateful to have found this place!

I moved into Walker Manor just recently and so far I’ve had an amazing experience with the leasing office team. Shoutout to Deija and Kayla at the leasing office, amazing ladies with exceptional customer service who helped me during my entire application and approval process. They were so incredibly kind and patient with me the entire time, especially with knowing how urgent my moving situation was. Cannot recommend them more based on my experience working with them to get me moved in. Super organized, professional, and their friendly demeanor and attitudes made me feel confident to make Walker Manor my new home. Buildings are well-kept, and the maintenance I’ve met so far has also been incredibly kind and welcoming! Keep up the amazing work!! :)

I just recently moved back to Baltimore from DC after a couple of years for school and I couldnt have been happier with the decision I made with this apartment. Like many, I hate moving but Kayla and Dejia were the absolute best in making this process smooth for me. I only had two requirements and Kayla checked both of them in the initial presentation of the complex. Dejia closed the deal with the tour and the move-in process. After a couple of weeks living here, everything is going well and ultimately, I feel safe where I am at. So, THANK YOU Kayla and Dejia for making this transition into the next phase of my life easier!
