Tripp took the time to explain everything clearly and pointed out even the smallest details that could have easily been missed. His report was detailed and easy to understand, which really helped me make an informed decision about my purchase. I’ve hired Walker twice and with excellent results. After inspecting my new home the owner Tripp Walker gave me a 12 page Report listing a lot of things that should be done. When the builder’s people came over I gave them Tripp’s Report. They worked from his list and corrected everything. I also hired Tripp to do a radon test because a number of my neighbors had unacceptable levels of Radon and had to have corrective work done. Tripp tested for Radon and it registered a number way below the cautionary number. I definitely recommend Walker Home Inspections.
