It sounds like a ZOO! They have become less and less strict in who they allow to rent these spaces. You have people smoking weed on a regular basis, shouting at each other and THE DOGS. There’s not just one, but a whole pack of different dogs that bark ALL DAY LONG. The owners won’t do anything about it despite receiving complaints. There’s also a bunch of rats in the area, maybe because of their gardens? DO NOT RECOMMEND
