I lived In one of Walker management's homes for several years and during that time I received excellent service from Amber the administrative assistant and Deedee The property manager...They both were always very helpful and polite. And when I was Moving Out of my place, they gave me excellent help with selecting vendors, and they made my move out very easy and everything went smoothly.. I highly recommend Their office.

DeeDee help us with an emergency after hours she help us from panicking walk us through over the phone and contain the issue within minutes she had a work order and a vendor calling to come to the house The next day she gave us Ambers number to walk us through the portal which was never explain to us how to use . These girls were awesome

Highly recommend Walker Asset Management (WAM). They are knowledgeable, responsive, and always professional. We have had issues with other property managers in the past, but WAM has exceeded our expectations. They have helped us find quality tenants for all of our rental properties, block out the time needed for inspections multiple times a year, and come to us in a timely manner whenever there is any issue. If anything ever does come up which is rare, they always advise us with the most cost-effective solution. It's a hard job of course but they make it look easy. They treat you like family and we have become just that. We appreciate you both DeeDee and Amber for continuing to work so hard to protect our real estate assets.

Amber deedee and Dustin are so amazing. They listen to everything I had to say and they got me the most beautiful apartment I was looking for. I couldn’t be more happier. The job gets done fast and right the first time. I suggest that if you are looking for a new apartment or work to be done at your home contact them. I love their management.
