Overall I think walkabout Creek is one of the most ethical property management companies in Springfield I was a tenant of hickman apps. And it had its share of issues but walkabout creek handled them well. They were reasonable on deposits, and were prompt with fixes from their maintenance man Bob. Renee the property manager is remarkably helpful and has been fantastic after my family moved into a new house that we are renting from walkabout creek.

I have been renting with Walkabout Creek Properties for over 10 years. I have had nothing but great interactions with the owners as well as Renee, the office manager. If you have any issues you can call them and they will respond very quickly. Great to work with!
