Walkabout Creek Apartments

Going on year three at this lovely peaceful community where I feel safe and valued. The maintenance staff are fast and professional. I love the pool and surrounding area with gas grills,fire pit,and beautiful landscaping. The grounds are well maintained and the new patio enclosures are nice. I also enjoy being in walking distance of downtown Dexter,the library,and border to border trail. Looking forward to another great year!

I was stressed about the move-in process but Amanda and Chandra immediately took that away. They work hard, are personable and resolve maintenance issues quickly. My apartment is adorable and my neighbors are friendly - what a great community! I’m thankful to be here and am looking forward to exploring more of its amenities. I’m also looking forward to enjoying the trails and downtown Dexter that are nearby. Great location and even better people. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

I would highly recommend moving into walkout Creek Apartments, the property manager leasing consultant, Amanda are very nice and understanding answer any questions that need to be answered. Amanda took me on a tour of a one bedroom apartment. She was very kind and answered all my questions that I needed to ask. hands-down, one of the best apartment complex in Dexter😊🎉🎉

Walkabout Creek is really nice and a nice walk to downtown. Amanda, our leasing agent, was so wonderful throughout the whole process… warm, super responsive and patient with all of our questions. We were welcomed with a basket of goodies when we picked up our keys- a really nice surprise during the stress of moving. Upon moving in, the apartment felt beyond sparkling clean, very bright and had some nice upgrades. The complex/property itself is beautiful too… nice place for walking around or spending time at pool (recently updated too). Also loved having a garage again. All in all very happy.

I moved into Walkabout Creek in early May. The move-in experience was seamless and the administration office was quick to answer questions and extremely helpful. Walkabout Creek has created a welcoming atmosphere that accompanies the welcoming neighbors I’ve met. I searched long and hard for just the right apartment complex for me and my son. Walkabout Creek was by far the obvious choice. I am very happy with my living arrangement and would gladly recommend it as a final destination.
