Walk2Campus Plymouth

The ceiling in my apartment room is cracking apart, sagging and has been leaking for the past 5 months every-time it rains. When I first noticed the ceiling months ago, I had the maintenance guy come in saying there’s nothing he could but potentially go on the roof to fix it which nothing was fixed. It’s my last couple days living in here and I’m writing this review to warn potential future renters that there is probably black mold in the ceiling and I recommend not living in this apartment until the owners get it fixed, if they actually decide to fix it. The water damage overtime has also damaged the heater so the room runs cold, especially in the winter. Apartment is 82 Langdon St Apartment #5. Walk2Campus is a decent option if you are a student looking for off-campus housing in Plymouth NH. While the house itself was not in the best shape and repairs were clearly sub-par the staff was very responsive and behaved in a professional manner. The employees are pretty friendly and often dropped off little gifts to our apartments around the holidays. While I have encountered some issues with the company overall my experience was pretty good and I would recommend them to any student looking for Off-campus housing in Plymouth NH.

I loved my apartment that I leased through Walk2Campus. It's so close to school that I could leave for class 5 minutes before it started and still be on time! Not only was the house very clean and well kept upon moving in but I'm also really impressed by the care that this company gives to it's tenants. Always helping manage work orders, make sure the tenants are happy and they quickly resolve any problems that may arise on the property. Great leasing company!

I had a great experience renting from Walk2Campus! Any issues were taken care of in a timely manner and the property maintenance were very helpful. The office staff were always pleasant and accomodating and answered any questions we had about our apartment and our leases. I would highly recommend renting from them on a college campus or otherwise!

Walk2Campus is the best off campus rentals in the area! Office staff is great, property maintenance staff is great. They have the large-scale resources and experience you need as a renter as they have several locations at various colleges. The best thing is, each location will make it feel small...like you are dealing with your own private landlord! I've rented through them with my service animal and they were so thoughtful while selecting homes that best suit a dog. I now have a professional relationship with the Plymouth location...they support local and are always a pleasure to deal with as a small business owner. You can't go wrong!!
