The lady who works the front is incredibly rude and unprofessional. She came outside to yell about not parking immediately after being dropped off by an Uber in their parking. There was no inquiry if I was actually there for business or not. If I had been a potential client I would have immediately left if this was my greeting. I would recommend to the owner/manager to retrain your team on proper communication. Perhaps if you acted more professionally, you wouldn't have such awful reviews.

Due to their greed during COVID I was forced to leave their property after a $500 per month rent increase within 2 years. I had a blood clot from COVID in 2021 missing 4 months of work as my rent was $1275 per month. I figured I could take a loan out with my budget to cover my expenses during recovery, but that's when this greedy family decided to boost the rent by $250 per month a month after I took out that loan. Then the next lease came and another $250 per month increase was added. I'm a professional truck driver who was forced to live out of my truck because of these people and that has not been going as planned.These people do not care about their loyal renters. They are enjoying their comfy lives as hard working people have to suffer from their greed.

I would not give any stars if possible! They have no integrity and lie about their properties! I first walked the townhome and the bedroom rug was filthy and they said it was already cleaned and they won’t clean it again! As I complained about the water leaking onto the electric water heater they also cleaned the carpet and then charged me $100! Totally unprofessional company!

Caused direct damage to our personal property on numerous occasions through repeating water leaks from the same section of piping. I also have videos of me going patio to patio showing handfuls of screws laying in the parking lot. We hit one screw matching the same screws resulting in a flat tire and missing work. Not only will they not return my call but the regional manager is literally avoiding contacting us, neither the owner or regional will contact us for over a month now after we were told they would return my call. They are doing everything they can from even having the conversation of liability and reimbursement. They are basically acting as if the issues will fizzle out and just go away if they ignore it. They are total crooks. They are also rejecting money orders directly agains

Do NOT buy a home from Waldron Enterprises. I have never actually met or spoken with Greg Waldron (listed as the builder for my home), but the contractors that were hired to build my home were garbage. I was set to close in early May, but the house was no where near done in mid April. They just threw the home together at the last minute so it could be done. I found huge chunks missing from the kitchen floor and other parts of the house falling apart, so I pushed my closing date back to get these areas fixed. They tried to just paint over the chunks missing from the floor and thought I wouldn’t notice. Well, I did notice, and made them replace the floor board like they should’ve done in the first place.
