For a number of years our family had a desire to own a piece of land adjacent to a parcel we already owned. We had heard good things about Waldo Realty from other folks in the area so we gave them a call. Tyson worked diligently to contact the current owner and work with both sides to give us an opportunity to purchase while getting a fair market value for the seller. The communication and effort throughout the process were more than we could have expected. Waldo reality stayed involved for over 2 years to see the task at hand through to the finish. We could not be more pleased and thankful for the position they helped us get into.
