I have been at Walden Ridge Apartments for almost four years. There has been a couple of changes with management companies since I’ve been here. I must say that Rose Valley management has been quite outstanding. Calling the office and speaking to Yolanda and Daniela has always been a positive experience. When you call if they are unable to take the call right away they will always call you back. They are very respectful, attentive, and understanding. I just can’t say enough about the maintenance crew. Jamie and Anthony have been excellent at responding to maintenance requests. Always on time. Always respectful. Always pleasant. I’m very happy with the new administration at the apartment complex. Yolanda is someone who truly works to resolve any issue and is always willing to help in the best way possible. Daniela also has a very special touch when it comes to responding to any requests, and the maintenance team always does their best and works quickly to fix any problem in my apartment. I’ve lived in this complex for many years, and you can really feel the positive change. Highly appreciated!

We have been searching for an apartment for a few weeks. Times have changed since I been in a townhouse. Apartments are now are like designer homes. Applying to Walden has been a wonderful experience. Cassie the assistant manager was Amazing!!! We arrived before the weekend crowd and we selected a floorplan. She helped us with every question through the process. Very positive outlook. The community is quiet small and cute. It has a pool, cardio room and business office. We was able to see a model similar to what we wanted. The model have granite countertops, farmhouse sink, silver hardware, plenty of cabinets, silver appliances, built in desk, plenty of outlets, W/D l, storage room, large room, bathroom with garden tub, and large closet. I am sad to say that I’ll be leaving this property after 2 years due to having to move. The new management company which is Rose Valley has taken over and is doing a wonderful job in making sure maintenance are maintaining the grounds making sure it’s safe upgrading and making sure all units have the best amenities and for the upcoming winter season etc. Since the community manager Yolanda has come on board things have changed drastically and proficiently. Yolanda always has been pleasant from day one of meeting her, to in office with her door open always to help, by phone or email. She’s a woman of her word and get things done. I’ve never experienced more frequent staff intrusions in an apartment. After a recent faucet replacement—where the new low-flow showerheads were a downgrade—management scheduled a random inspection just two days later. In contrast, my daughter’s complex only inspects twice a year unless needed. Frequent entries and the standard 24-hour notice—while legal—are far from convenient and make it difficult to relax or host guests. Despite being labeled “luxury,” the units are dated, with rust around drains and mold under the sink from a previous leak. While that issue was resolved, the overall experience has been disappointing. I’ll be moving soon to a less convenient but better-maintained and more private community.
