Wahneta Palms

I like this complex even with its rules and regulations. Some are a little nuts, however with its diversity and not being able to please everyone, understandable. Being respectful goes a long way here. I'm just a guest of a lease holder and been greated with kindness and respect especially giving the lease holder situation, I've been allowed to stay being as a caregiver even though I'm not on the lease. Which means a lot giving the situation. I don't over stay my welcome and only stayed while needed. The maintenance man Doug is awesome. Always so kind and respectful and a hard worker. Goes over and beyond to correct anything within his abilities and limitations. The current manager makes a really good hot coco I must admit and always been kind and respectful when I'm visiting. The apartment manager Alexa does an outstanding job. She is professional, organized, and always available when needed. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, communication is clear, and she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents are satisfied. Her dedication and positive attitude make living here a great experience. The maintenance Doug does an excellent job. He is knowledgeable, punctual, and always courteous. Any issue I’ve had was resolved quickly and thoroughly. Their hard work truly helps keep the community comfortable and well maintained.

Hello. I've lived in these apartments for 10 years, and I've never had any problems with management. The maintenance staff is very attentive to their responsibilities. Several managers have come and gone in these ten years, and I haven't had any issues with them. The current manager always treats me professionally. She ensures the Community and its surroundings are clean and safe. I love living here.

Ms. Alexa was the best. She moved me in fast. She’s very nice and polite. I love the service. 10 out of 10

Wahneta Palms used to be a wonderful place to live, but things have changed over the years. Corporate has not resolved my ongoing issue and has NEVER returned calls Maintenance is friendly and works hard to keep the property in good shape, and the property manager, Alexis, is always helpful and quick to address any concerns. Unfortunately, some resident behavior and the lack of corporate support have impacted the community.
