Wagner Homes, LLC. built our home in the new Reecewood Estates on Reece Rd, north of Fort Meade off of 175 in Severn, MD. Homes completed for months and have multiple issues. See the pictures of the outside issues. Streets not paved. A streetlight is missing. No sign to identify the development. Poor landscaping and weeds all over. Two Bio-retention areas overgrown with bugs, snakes, and critters and no safety barrier. UPDATE. We now have a sign but it is the size of a grave marker. Streets have been paved. All other work has been inadequate to date. Do not recommend this builder. Sidewalks cracking and incomplete in two small cul-de-sacs. Floors cracking and not level inside our home. Received a bill from the HOA but no homeowners have been in meetings. Copies of the HOA budget

DO NOT BUY A HOME FROM WAGNER! The contractor they use to build their homes are not competent. My first issue was with the plumbing. Both overflow drains on my bathtubs were not properly connected. So any time my children took a bath water would drip through the ceiling. Called Wagner and they sent out the plumber who installed the piping. The plumber claimed to have fixed the issue and went on his way. A Year later we experienced the same issue, however, this time a much bigger leak. I knew the only bath tub that was used was mine. Since I never used the tub I never knew there was an issue. I talked to the son of the owner who was our primary contact for the business.
